Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.  ARCNORD Private limited ("ARCNORD", "arcnord", "we", "us" or "our") is operating the website www.arcnord.com (collectively known as "arcnord", "website", or app") through which other things facilitate the sale and purchase of various products to the customer ('customer","user", "users", "you" or "yours")

2. This shipping and delivery policy together with terms and conditions and other policies on the website sets out our policies and procedures for shipping and delivery of products purchased at www.arcnord.com

3. By continuing, surfing or purchasing on the website, you agree to terms in the policy without modifications, if you do not agree for any or whole of the policy terms, you are requested to not perform transaction on website. It is possible that shipping and delivery policy can get change without any prior notice at sole discretion of ARCNORD.  

4. At present we provide shipping and delivery of products all over India through logistics service providers ("logistic service partner") or 3rd party service providers. We at our sole discretion can provide shipping and delivery services without involving any logistic partner or 3rd party service provider. We try to provide trouble-free experience in delivering products to customers in timely manner. We provide shipping and delivery informations through sms or email or both to customers. Our standard dispatch timeline ranges from 1-3 days. You understand and agree that we use logistic partners for shipping and delivery of products, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the products on our own without engaging any logistics partner or 3rd party service providers.

5. You agree that to provide timely and quality delivery services we may inquire about and collect various informations including name, addresses, landmarks, contact details, and we assume that provided information is correct. You agree and understand that all liability lies with you for any delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information. It is important to note that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point of time due to your failure to provide correct or incomplete information to enable us to execute a successful delivery of the products. In the events you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the product, we ourselves, or logistics partner will make maximum of three (3) attempts to deliver the purchased products to you. If even after 3 attempts delivery remains pending due to your unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion and the product will be sent back. We, at our sole discretion, may deduct the shipping and delivery charges while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellations. 

6. While we strive to deliver products in timely manner, you accept and acknowledge that delivery delays are possible on account of logistical issues beyond our control, adverse weather conditions, force majeure conditions, in such conditions we will reasonably try to contact you about shipping or delivery status. While we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you, no liability shall be applicable in case of failure to inform or notify you of shipping or delivery delays. Further we shall not be obliged for any liability or claims on account of shipment or delivery delays or use of the purchased products.

7. You agree and acknowledge that we will not be held responsible, or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any dispute between delivery agent or personnel shipping or delivering the products to you. 

8.  Return of purchased products is facilitated through our logistic partners, however we reserve the right to facilitate return of products directly by us without involving any logistic partner or 3rd party. On receipt of the request for return of products, the same will be approved by us and it will be communicated to you for collection of the purchased products from you. We process returns and exchanges in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

9. We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping and delivery fees on products. You agree and understand that we are authorised to collect shipping and delivery fees on behalf of our logistic partners. In the event, shipping fees is charged to you for product delivery, It will not be refunded by us pursuant to any cancellation or exchange request raised by you, unless the delivered product is found to be defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that ownership and risk of all products are passed on to you upon delivery of the purchased product. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, logistic partner is authorized to collect cash on our behalf and shall be as per fees and payments in terms and conditions Policy.
