Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Support

General:

1.  ARCNORD Private limited ("ARCNORD", "arcnord", "we", "us" or "our") is owning and operating the website www.arcnord.com (collectively known as "arcnord", "website", or app") alongwith other things, facilitate the sale and purchase of various products to the customer ('customer","user", "users", "you" or "yours")

2. This cancellation, return, exchange and refund policy toghether with terms and conditions and other policies on the website sets out our policies and procedures for cancellation, return, exchange or refund of products purchased at www.arcnord.com

3. By continuing browsing, surfing or purchasing on website, you agree to terms in the policy without modifications, if you do not agree for any or whole of the policy terms, you are requested to not surf or perform any transaction on website. It is possible that cancellation, return, exchange and refund policy policy can get change without any prior notice at sole discretion of ARCNORD.

4. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel few or all items of the order. You can cancel individual item or all items of order until it is in shipping status from cancel option available on the Website. Once the order is delivered, and you do not want the product, you can follow process of return.

5.  Notification of item (s) / order cancellation will be sent to you on mobile or email or both.

6. Order can be cancelled using one of the following methods:

  1. Via My Orders section: 

         Go to My Orders in the your profile section, Select the product or products you want to cancel, click on the Cancel button. Your request will be processed and                   notification will be sent to you via SMS or email or both.

     2. Via Contact Us:  Go to Contact Us >

         a. Send a message by filling the form available on the Contact Us page > Provide us with the order ID > Submit the form.

         b. Call our customer support team at 022-3515 3966 or 94257 43362, (Mon - Sat, 09:30 am - 09:30 pm)

         c. Write us : contactus@arcnord.com stating your concern regarding the order. Kindly mention the Order ID for our reference. 

Refund in Case of Order Cancellation:

In case of sucessful cancellation of order, we process the refund once the cancellation request has been duly processed by us. The refund will be processed and amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days. No cash refund will be done in case of order cancellation.

Return /Exchange :

Specific Product(s) purchased on website can be easily returned or exchanged within 15 days of successful delivery.

Return / Exchange is possible if product is found to be in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact and unused condition.

Due to personal hygiene reasons various products are nonreturnable type, Information about returnability or possible exchange is provided with individual item description return/exchange tab.

You are requested to check item return/excahnge possibility there or write to us at contactus@arcnord.com. However these products still can be returned or exchanged only if item(s) delivered are defective, are not complete or having missing parts, damaged during delivery or product delivered is different from ordered product within 15 days of delivery.

All accessories or associated items as well as free items are required to be returned alongwith the main product for return/exchange 

To Return or Exchange you are requested to one of the following methods 

  1. Via My Orders section

          Go to My Orders in the your profile section, then go to the product or products you want to return/exchange, click on the Return or Exchange button. Follow the steps                your request will be processed. 

     2. Via Contact Us

         a. Send a message by filling the form available on the Contact Us page > Provide us with the order ID > Submit the form.

         b. Call our customer support team at 022-3515 3966 or 94257 43362, (Mon - Sat, 09:30 am - 09:30 pm)

         c. Write us : contactus@arcnord.com. Kindly mention the Order ID for our reference. 

Once your request is received, we will book a pick up for the said item from you. We will initiate the refund or exchange process once the products are screened and found to be in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact and unused condition.

Due to personal hygiene reasons various products are nonreturnable type on website, Information about returnability or possible exchange is provided with individual item description return/exchange tab.You are rquested to check item return/excahnge possibility there or write to us at contactus@arcnord.com.

However these products still can be returned or exchanged only if item(s) are delivered defective, are not complete or having missing parts, damaged during delivery or product delivered is different from ordered product within 15 days of delivery.

Refund in Case of Return / Exchange:

In case of exchange, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case the product is not available in stock, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

In case of return, we process the refund once the produts have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done online, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, after verification money refund will be done and process may take 2-3 days to reflect in your accunt.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a refund against the billing details shared by you. The process may take 2 - 3 working days of us receiving the products back and receiving your bank details on email. It may take another 2-3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Special return/exchange rules may apply for the products sold under promotions or Sale.
